Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within three (3) business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Luminos Clothing guarantees dispatch within three (3) business days. In the event that this timeframe cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping Locations

Luminos Clothing currently ships within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes commence after dispatch and are estimates only:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Any free shipping offers or promotional shipping rates will be clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Delays & Liability

While Luminos Clothing guarantees dispatch within three (3) business days, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather events, or peak demand periods.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Luminos Clothing is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or address correction.
